From 1 July 2023 we will switch to a new ticketing system! In the next few days you will receive the login details for the new ticketing system in your email. The new system will bring more effective processing of client requests. Requests submitted via https://ant.bundysw.com/support will no longer be processed.
Please pay special attention to these instructions.
To make the transition to the new system as easy as possible for you, we have written a step-by-step guide on how to use the new system.
1. Login to the system

2. Sending a request

Sending a request:
- First way - after logging in at https://podpora.antstudio.cz/ using the "Submit Request" and "New Request" buttons.
- Second way - sending a request via email to podpora@antstudio.cz
To submit a request, please fill out a short form describing and specifying your problem as much as possible. In order to solve the problem as quickly as possible, please also use the attachment upload (e.g. screenshots).
Once the request is sent, we will attend to it immediately. After a while you will see it in the request overview (see next step).
3. Overview of requests
In the overview you can see all submitted requests, including comments. You can also easily respond to them.
